10-day returns for unused goods

Blanks Miami accepts returns of unused goods within 10 days of delivery. To request a return, contact us within that window through our contact page or call (786) 457-1907. Include your order number and the items you wish to return so we can provide return instructions.

Restocking fee and return shipping

A restocking fee of 10% of the returned item’s purchase price applies to unused, non-defective returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The restocking fee is deducted from the item refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us for assistance. No restocking fee applies to these returns, and Blanks Miami covers the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Returned goods are inspected to confirm their condition. For eligible unused, non-defective returns, the item refund is the amount paid for the returned item less the 10% restocking fee. Contact us using the details above for help with a return or refund.
